Our Impact

We provide students with fitness equipment & a personal trainer/mentor who will educate students in exercise, proper fitness training, and nutritional tips to combat/prevent childhood obesity.

Jump for Kids’ goal is to provide physical education classes and equipment to youth ages 5-17. Our team of trainers understands physical education for all fitness levels making exercise fun while delivering valuable mentoring. The Jump for Kids program offers proper exercise information, training for a range of motion while exercising, developing team sports skills, and understanding proper nutrition habits.  After leaving our programs every student will be 100% gym/fitness ready.

Ask yourself the question. “What if I had access to a personal trainer three times a week for three years?”  How would your physical health change?  Would your confidence grow? Would you thrive in a gym environment and feel empowered through exercise? We understand that this health and fitness knowledge is priceless and a life-changing skill.

We offer personal training to youth both one-on-one and in small groups, capping class size at 10 kids per trainer.  All fitness levels are welcome. ​Jump for Kids’ offers programming for schools, recreation centers, churches, and parks.
